As an EIM Consultant you will work in a highly motivated team together with Sales Experts, Solution Consultants and OpenText partners in the Central European area.
With a lot of personal responsibility you will work at the customers’ sites to present, develop and implement OpenText EIM solutions by using your excellent communication skills and technical competence. Besides your working language (German) very good skills in English are required to work in our international environment. If you are able to speak also an additional language this would be also of advantage.
With your previously acquired knowledge in Information Management related technologies, you quickly realize opportunities and never lose sight of the big picture. You tackle problems actively and responsibly and find pragmatic ways to solve them. You react flexibly to demands and customers’ needs and enjoy to work in a team and with our international clients.
You are great at:
•Aligning with our internal team and local partners to demonstrate the value of our software towards the prospects and customers.
•Performing requirement analyses at the prospects and customers by investigating
the business processes and by identifying the potential EIM solution suitable
•Preparation and implementation of software demonstrations of our EIM products / EIM solutions
•Demonstrating the strengths of our products directly at the customers by making presentations, workshops and live demonstrations
•Consulting the customers by explaining best practice approaches of our products
•Creating solution papers and concepts of implementation and enhancements of our software
•Creating technical solution documents (infrastructure documents, implementation documents) for our software and the requirements of the customers’ projects
•Setting up EIM projects together with the partners and the customer to guarantee a successful project delivery and project implementation
•Acting as technical and organizational lead and expert during the project lifecycle
•Conduct enablement and training courses for customers and partners
•Identify potential both for license sales as well as projects.
•Define high level as well as technical architectures for OpenText EIM solutions for large scale enterprise customers and prospects.
What it takes:
•You have a university/college degree, ideally in computer science or business administration or at least 2 years of experience as a programmer, software engineer, IT Consultant.
•You have a good IT background with a focus on the technical perspective
•Whilst being an expert in the technical space you have a strong focus on realizing sales potentials, both for services as well as licenses.
•You are familiar with IT architecture and IT systems (client/server technologies, network architecture, Operating Systems, databases, cloud, …)
•You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills to identify room for improvement and design solution concepts therefore
•You show a high level of commitment and willingness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies/products
•You are solving technical and organizational problems in a professional way and deliver solution-oriented work
•You are working in a highly self-motivated and self-organized way.
•Ability to travel within Central Europe as well as internationally.
•Knowledge of core OpenText products (Content Server, Archive, etc.) is highly beneficial for the position
•Expertise and experience in SAP related technologies (e.g. ERP, CRM) is also highly desirable.

You must speak basic German and Fluent English.
20% - 30% travel around Austria and Globally.

We offer an attractive compensation package that matches your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary under the collective agreement for this position is Euro 3,139 gross/month with an explicit willingness to overpay.
