The opportunity:

The role will be responsible to write clear and compelling copy that translates marketing objectives into captivating assets that inspire action.

You are great at:

• Write original copy for a variety of projects, working closely within the creative team to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and support video script development.
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Simplify technical verbiage to create easy to understand assets
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization
• Edit and proofread copy as needed

What it takes:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in content development or communications
• Excellent communication, writing skills and cross functional collaboration skills
• Utilize appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging
• Strong social perceptiveness so copy is pithy, relevant and modern
• Skilled and imaginative writer
• Ability to communicate complicated information in a clear, concise and actionable manner
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Including Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook
• Social media or content marketing experience a plus
• Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Ability to work overtime, weekend and/ shift hours in addition to or other than the average business day when required
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent language proficiency
• Excellent communication, writing skills and cross functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrates conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Builds strong relationships throughout the organization to ensure corporate policies, guidelines and standards are followed
• Works enthusiastically and cooperatively with other writers, designers and departments throughout the organization
• Understand each client's industry, products/services, and marketing goals
• A process-oriented self-starter with outstanding organizational abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload
• Prioritizes tasks, ensuring that departmental and corporate objectives are met
• Adjusts priorities quickly in response to changing corporate/departmental goals
