The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy, team-oriented eDiscovery professional to join OpenText as Director in our Cloud department. This role oversees a team of project managers that support UK and EMEA customers across the entire EDRM spectrum. The Director position is responsible for tracking team performance, collaborating with the Sales team on business development opportunities, executing team training initiatives, mentoring junior members of the project management team and growing the eDiscovery and forensic offering across EMEA.

You are great at:

Lead a team of project managers and promote fundamentals like teamwork, professionalism and cooperation.
Track and report on team capacity and utilization.
Streamline business operations and develop procedures that create team efficiencies.
Organize training initiatives to educate team members on OpenText software products, best practices, and project delivery.
Meet with clients to review team performance, ensuring that service levels meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
Collaborate with the Sales team on defining clients’ requirements and deliverables. Attend quarterly business review meetings with key customers and other business development opportunities.
Liaise with Product Management to discuss customer feedback and features development.

What it takes:

BA or BS degree required or relevant experience.
Experience in a management position in the eDiscovery domain for either a vendor, law firm or corporation.
Ability to motivate and lead others.
Proven skills in working in a deadline oriented, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional analytical and logical skills.
Effective written and oral communications.
Thorough knowledge of project management and information management methodology.
Positive and professional relationships at all levels.
