The opportunity:

The Customer Implementation Specialist will be responsible for serve individual client and its trading partner implementations. Implementation project milestones typically include the definition of project deliverables, product/service configuration, testing, production deployment, client sign-off and account transition. Major responsibilities:

You are great at:

Lead the implementation process by proactive communication between client and its trading partner

Ensure that implementation material / information gathered from client and its trading partner

What it takes:

Minimum 3 years delivering implementation or related services

Strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills

Strong team player, ability to manage multiple tasks and customer service skills

Knowledge of network infrastructure and related technologies including TCP/IP, Routers, Proxy Servers and Firewalls

Knowledge of messaging protocols (AS2, FTP, PGP, etc.)

Native Japanese and fluency in English

Must be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Able to work independently and perform day to day tasks in a self-sufficient manner


Desired Skills:


Knowledge of EDI mapping software

Knowledge of Zengin protocol
