The Senior/Principal Architect will be a member of the Energy & Engineering Professional Services Practice project implementation team responsible for technical and business domain expertise of projects for requirements, design, configuring, developing and implementing OpenText’s Energy and Engineering Content Management solutions for the entire engineering lifecycle. This includes capital projects, operational asset data management, and collaboration with suppliers.
You are great at:
Customer facing strategic, functional, and technical discussions from a business domain and technical expertise perspective
Working with a team of technical architects and business consultants
Quality outputs for solution implementation planning, design, configuration, development, testing and overall technical delivery within a projects timeline and in conjunction with the Project Manager
Designing, Configuring, and implementing on various platforms and solutions
Delivering configurations and customizations for medium to large sized projects
Provide technical and functional input for RFI’s/RFP’s
Providing suggested enhancements to the Legal Product Management team based on customer feedback and industry trends and implementation experience
Helping with the growth of existing client relationships by being a trusted advisor as a technical lead resource
What it takes:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with most of the following Programming Languages, Applications and Tools:
Microsoft SQL Server
C# or VB.NET
Minimum of 8 years of experience in more than one of the following Operating Systems and Web Services Tools:
Windows XP/7/8/10/Server 2000/2016
Minimum of 5 years of experience in more than one of the following Enterprise Content Management Products & Utilities:
eDOCS Projects and/or Asset Operations or competitive solutions.
