The opportunity:

Become a member of the HR Shared Services Team EMEA as a Payroll Associate being trained in processing our France payroll (and some smaller EMEA payrolls). This is including but not limited to
- Learning to take ownership of the timely and accurate processing of the payrolls under your scope
- Partnering with the HR Centres of Excellence, the Finance function, Benefit Specialists and third-party vendors to deliver the payrolls as well as an excellent customer service to our employees
- Collaborating with the Payroll manager in day-to-day activities such as problem resolution process documentation and improvement

You are great at:

- Taking pride in payroll ownership and delivering an excellent customer service experience
- Communicating with and engaging a broad range of people.
- Investigating the root cause of problems and resolving them

What it takes:

- Recent graduate in finance or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and French
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with a problem-solving mind set
- The ability to organise your own workload without letting any deadlines slip
- A desire to take ownership of documenting best practice and streamlining processes
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills
