The opportunity:

A Bilingual Project Manager is a highly motivated, self-directed and experienced individual that manages various customers and engagements within a defined region for the Americas consulting team. 
The Project Manager is a leader in the areas of customer and engagement management and possesses strong business acumen, technology expertise, administrative skills, and soft skills.

You are great at:

Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customer contacts at enterprise-level customers, delivers outstanding and sustainable business value and customer satisfaction from executives to contributors.

Writing effective Statements of Work (contracts)

Executive briefings

Providing support as required to the Professional Services team in writing responses to RFP’s, identifying and tracking opportunities including the participation in Business Development synergy meetings to ensure client account activities are communicated internally to other Open Text stakeholders.

Business Development (work directly with Enterprise Services Executives and Account Executives to assist with services and education opportunities)

Actively manage and deliver project management to customers, meeting a 30% billability goal

Meet or exceed quarterly delivered revenue goals.

Domain Expertise: Attains enterprise level client credibility through (a) demonstrable experience with Enterprise Information Management technologies, combined with (b) industry expertise in verticals such as financial services, hospitality, or telecommunications, and (c) aptitude with consultative selling, project management, and strategy consulting frameworks.

Technology proficiency with web technologies such as J2EE, .NET, Application

Servers, XML, Portals, etc.

ECM and OpenText products

Consultative selling

Strategic business consulting

Manage subcontractors working on engagements

What it takes:

Fluent written & oral for both French & English

10 years of relevant experience

5 years experience as engagement manager for established consulting firm with enterprise-level projects of at least $500K value, or a minimum of 10 project members

Bachelor degree in technology or business area (with technology experience)

Ability to travel nationally
