The global Talent Acquisition function at OpenText is made up of passionate professionals whose mission is to attract and hire the best talent in Enterprise Information Management and the global Information Technology industry. Our Talent Acquisition Advisors are committed to helping our business achieve and exceed their goals.

You are great at:

• Managing, partnering and collaborating with hiring managers from SMEs and managers, up to directors and VPs
• Building and managing candidate pipelines, and proactive talent pooling for our most critical roles
• Expertly managing the full-life cycle of recruiting while providing an exceptional experience
• Being a champion of our talent brand and our Best Place to Work value proposition
• Actively contributing to process improvements and projects
• Researching and understanding talent markets, competitor profiles and industry trends
• Effectively utilizing our global ATS, and other talent acquisition tools and platforms

What it takes:

• At least 5 years of experience as an end to end recruiter for mid to large multinational organizations
• A relentless focus on finding the best talent for your clients, leveraging a variety of sources, platforms, systems and techniques
• Extensive experience hiring for technical profiles is an advantage
• Reporting and presentation skills
• Ability to work any schedule especially mid-shift
• Work in Makati
