The opportunity:

As a Global Campaign Manager, you will be joining a dynamic and agile field marketing team. You will be responsible for developing fully integrated digital campaigns—including SEM, email, 3rd party programs, virtual events and more—designed to drive demand for B2B solutions. The campaigns will focus on large global enterprise accounts and will be designed to embrace the customer’s journey to ensure engagement at every stage.

You are great at:

• Building fully integrated global demand generation campaigns – from concept through execution
• Developing strategies with a digital-first mindset and driving innovative programs that stand out in the B2B marketplace and drive quality leads and pipeline
• Managing multiple campaigns at once, while keeping all your stakeholders up-to-date and informed
• Analyzing the performance of campaigns and making data-based decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and meet expected KPIs
• Aligning with account development teams to provide the foundation to drive conversion

• Strong project management skills to ensure timely execution on all campaigns
• The ability to thrive under pressure and to adapt to change
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
• A self-motivated, performance-driven and professional demeanor
• A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field is required
• Compelling communication skills and strong negotiation skills to act as a campaign champion across all multiple functional groups
• 8 years of experience in digital marketing programs, campaign development or related experience in enterprise software or B2B company
• Proficiency in MSFT Office; experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
• Proficiency in marketing automation (Eloqua or Marketo) and customer relationship management (Salesforce.com) tools to manage campaign execution and reporting
