The opportunity:

OpenText Delivery Manager (DM) will act as a client advocate to ensure consistent service and ongoing satisfaction across all OpenText functions including:

You are great at:

Customer Satisfaction

Delivery Managers are responsible for ensuring the client’s overall satisfaction. This is a critical evaluation point for each DM

Works with client to clarify any issues or manage expectations

Manages and works across OpenText organizations to develop remediation plans for open issues

Ongoing Program Management

Coordinates all implementation changes to ensure continuity

Manages the delivery of small projects and change requests

Facilitate status calls, track issues and provide updates for work in progress

Ongoing Solution Enhancements

Manage the intake and completion of change requests for M/A/C (move/add/change) activities

Production Services Oversight - Follow Support Management escalation path and cc DM if no response during business hours

Works with Support as they provide oversight of Incident management, proactive error notifications, FA tracking, planned maintenance and problem management

What it takes:

8 to 12 years of EDI experience with 5+ years of Delivery/Account Management Experience

Delivery Manger (DM)
The DM is the customer advocate.

Responsible for quoting TeamBook Requests

Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of deliverables

Responsible for billing TeamBook CRs in Business Grid

Responsible for quarterly/monthly/weekly meetings

Responsible for knowing the client's contract (allotments and rates we charge for work)

Responsible for coordinating meetings to resolve development or production issues cross functionally

Responsible for client satisfaction
If you have any accounts that you do not have periodic (weekly/monthly) meetings with, please make sure you follow up with them at least monthly to check in and see if there is anything they need, no matter how small the account is.
Also, please make sure you are regularly checking monthly KC/Doc volumes against their contract to ensure we are charging the correct amounts for NBS.
