The opportunity:

The Sr. Software Technical Consultant, in conjunction with our customers and their clients, will implement the OpenText suite of on premise BizManager software as well as the TLW, TLE and TLi translators. The consultant will at times be required to develop and modify maps on these translator platforms. Consultant will work with a small team of installers and implementers, on both remote and onsite engagements. Installation setups can include TP setups, Transformation Profile and Connectivity setups, troubleshooting system exceptions, providing consulting and guidance to client on system and industry protocols, and coordinating with both internal and external resources to successfully complete the implementation process.

You are great at:

1.Conducting multiple simultaneous engagements using a structured project management approach
2.Researching client current configuration within multiple legacy system(s)
3.Explaining all aspects of the process focusing on the recommended installation or migration approach
4.Coordinating with various internal and external resources to complete engagements successfully including IT, Operations, and Data Transmission resources
5.Educating and counseling clients regarding networks, receivable networks, industry protocols, data routing, and security issues
6.Configuring connectivity and routing builds on BizManager, BizConnect, and Biz 400
7.Testing and confirming client connectivity
8.Broker end-to-end integration testing
9.Coordinate/Participate in client go-live activities
10.Monitor/troubleshoot post go-live transmissions and transition migrated clients to steady state support
11.Acting as the single point of contact for client inquiries and guidance during the engagement and transition to production support
12.Providing consultative guidance as necessary for internal constituents including Application Teams, Client Services and Line of Business

•TrustedLink I Series (*TLI-)
•Communications Protocols (AS2, SSL, SSH, FTP w/PGP, HTTPs),
•EDI, XML, Business Analysis
•Project Management

Education and Experience:
•Bachelors Degree or higher
•AS400 experience
•Windows, Unix, and or Linux experience
•Javascript experience a plus

Industry Experience:
•Strong client facing skills and proven ability to multi-task.
•Previous experience with large scale client migrations on the BizManager platform
