The opportunity:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMK) will support Document & Records Management solution for Legal, Government and Professional Services, eDOCS (Formerly Hummingbird) product or solution offerings within the Portfolio business unit. The PMK will be responsible for product and solution messaging and its implementation through all internal and external channels of communication. The PMK will be interacting with his/her counterparts in the product marketing, program management, product management, industry marketing, and other teams as well as with the sales force. This is a global role with responsibility to recognize and adapt strategies and messages for different regions.

You are great at:

• Driving and coordinating development of messaging and customer-consumable content
• Planning the launch of new products and releases; managing cross-functional implementation of the plan
• Developing effective sales enablement tools, programs and deliver training
• Driving strategies for increasing revenue in current and new areas and provide sales/deal support
• Interfacing with Product Management, providing market/field input to drive product direction, defining business models and develop pricing strategies
• Campaign and lead generation support to drive awareness and demand
• Analyst coverage, analyst survey responses
• Enterprise Information Management software to ideally include digital process automation, case management and low-code application development
• Experience targeting and marketing to developers; managing developer communities
• Channel experience; expanding adoption of partner (and partner developer) community
• Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly

What it takes:

• Experience in enterprise software, preferably in the Enterprise Content Management market
• Experience in the Legal vertical particularly as it relates to Matter Management is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing or similar field
• Aptitude for technology and the ability to connect technical concepts with customer value
• Conversant in go-to-market methodologies
• Great interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to forge trusting relationships across a diverse team
• Skilled in leading presentations and discussions with business, technical, and sales stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong content marketer
• Proven ability to prioritize and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
