Reporting to the Supervisor of Shared Services, the Shared Services Administrator is focused on providing administrative support to OpenText’s Professional Services organization. Working with a variety of internal departments, the incumbent is responsible for the order processing and billing of the organization’s professional services deals. They do this effectively by validating customer purchase orders against their negotiated contracts, creating invoice drafts for review and approval, and posting the sales transactions once approved. These responsibilities are carried out with utmost focus on customer satisfaction, while ensuring full adherence to OpenText’s legal and financial policies.
