As part of Open Text’s dynamic Field Enablement team, the Field Enablement Sales Trainer/Coach will be a key member of the global Field Enablement team with major duties including but not limited to management and execution of established programs, sales training and sales coaching to ensure learning application of knowledge and skills as well as expanding established programs to new and diverse user groups with the APAC region
Responsibilities also include creation and management of Field Enablement communications, program management and reporting. The incumbent will be extremely organized, able to work in a highly energetic environment, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to complete a range of work from operational coordination to program design and implementation.
We are looking for a strong business-savvy Sales Enablement Coach who will provide extensive support to the sales teams in different business units across the region to support the decrease in ramp time for our sales new hires and be critical in supporting sales performance.
The successful candidate has experience running sales training programs through its entire lifecycle, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is at ease in interacting with field operations teams as well as senior management.
