We are seeking a high-energy, team oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This position involves working with clients and Project Managers to provide basic litigation support services while utilizing Axcelerate online in our hosting environment. Qualified applicants would be expected to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers while working with our flagship technology.
You are great at:
• Acquiring detailed knowledge of the Axcelerate platform while working alongside team members in a highly collaborative and team focused environment
• Providing software training to new users
• Advising customers on the appropriate use of basic features
• Utilizing internal ticketing system to track client requests and facilitate operational work
• Creating standard and custom reports for clients using our technology
• Authoring standard operating procedures for general, repeatable tasks
• Providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers
What it takes:
• BA or BS degree required
• Exceptional analytical and logical skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with senior professionals
• The candidate must be a good team player, but with the ability to work independently and without day-to-day supervision
