The Opportunity:

You are a highly motivated, purpose-driven individual with a strong work ethic and high degree of urgency familiar with rapid iterations. You are both smart and very curious, always seeking to gain greater insights and to look around corners. As an individual contributor, you understand that this is inherently a “roll-up-your-sleeves” role that requires you to get deeply into the specifics while also being able to always connect the dots to present a clear view of the big picture. You have good communications skills, a sense of humility, and the ability to be a team player as part of a Global hub structure.

You are great at: 

Responsible for Email Campaign Development, for execution and measurement of Marketing Automation/Lead to Revenue Management programs within Eloqua. You will be one of a team of six (6) Email Marketing Automation subject matter experts responsible for creating campaigns, implementing tactics and analyzing results.
You will approach marketing and direct sales objectives with creativity, earn trust from internal and external partners, manage multiple projects, and balance competing priorities. You will work at the tactical level to develop and design campaigns, execute test plans, and refine targeting and messaging based on performance metrics.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Develop programs for lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales enablement, and lead management
Implement scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking
Use data and testing to optimize and improve email content and targeting for customer communications
Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing automation best practices

What it takes:

Minimum of 3  years of experience in digital marketing
Lead generation and management experience including email or marketing automation
Combined experience with marketing automation using systems (i.e. Eloqua, Pardot, and Marketo) and/or other marketing automation systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university highly preferred
Experience working with Eloqua and Salesforce
Industry Marketing Automation experience, knowledge, and best practices
Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
