The Opportunity:

The Sales Operations Analyst will provide operations and analysis support to the Operations Manager, Portfolio and ISR, focusing on compensation and reporting. The position will be primary point of contact for global services compensation as well as handle all reporting as it relates to the Portfolio and Inside Sales market units. The ability to work collaboratively with the Operations Manager, Portfolio and ISR, and other groups across the organization is a critical factor to the success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Compensation:
o Be the point person for services as it relates to compensation including ensuring appropriate assignment of engagements
o Work with sales and compensation teams to address compensation issues related to services as required  
o Assist with compensation analysis as it related to services
o Address any compensation issues as it relates to services
o Submit monthly compensation files

Reporting:
o Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast, scorecard, dashboard and trending reports
o Prepare ad hoc reports as required
o Review reports for accuracy and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies

Other
o Assist with managing split programs and rules of engagement within sales
o Manage account assignment in SalesForce.com
o Responsible for auditing opportunities within SalesForce.com for accuracy and following up with sales when required
o Assist with consolidation and coordination of data during capacity planning
o Special projects as assigned
o Provide vacation back up as required

Qualifications:

Experience in a sales support role in a fast paced technology environment (is ideal) 
Experience in a sales operations, finance, or compensation role considered an asset
Bachelor’s degree ideally in business/accounting and/or equivalent experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word is a must.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
Safeforce.com, Xactly, and OLAP knowledge is an asset
Ability to work toward multiple deadlines and prioritize accordingly
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and influence results
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong planning, organization and time management skills
Adaptable and flexible
