The opportunity:

The Coordinator in the Proposal and Contract Management (PCM) team is responsible for the creation and management of contracts related to the Professional Services (PS) business for the Southern Region, which includes France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. The role of the Coordinator acts as an interface between the PS business and stakeholder departments, securing a smooth contract booking procedure and minimizing business risks, supportive to meet the organization's annual goals.


Reporting Structure
Reports to regional PS Operations Manager (EMEA) but directly supports PS Management for the assigned region and diverse Business Units.

You are great at:

In this role your primary responsibility will be to support the PS Managers with the just in time contract procedure throughout the entire lifecycle from PS business input to customer shipment:
• Contract research and creation of diverse services contract types for different countries
• PS business input and deal calculation review
• Business risk indication and adjustment recommendations
• Collaboration and consultation of respective specialist departments,
i.e. Legal, Finance, Sales, Tax division …
• Assuring company policy compliance
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data setup indemnification and completion
• Contract database maintenance
• Responsibility for central repository of input tools for PS Managers
• Support PS Manager on any PCM related topics
• Special projects as assigned by your manager

What it takes:

• Excellent English skills
• Spanish or Italian, as an additional language beneficial
• Knowledge of contract structures and legal terms
• Ability to draft commercial language in contracts
• Business acumen
• Organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure in a complex and fast paced environment
• Highly proactive and goal oriented
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office tools
• Experience in a similar role and environment
• Experience in working with virtual teams across diverse countries
