As part of Open Text’s Marketing team in South Europe, the person will be extremely organized, detail oriented, customer service oriented, able to work in a highly energetic environment and have excellent knowledge of event planning, online Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and marketing processes in general.
• Develop marketing plan your BU including Social , SEO, SEM & Google adwords etc….: analysis of new opportunities for communication and action, review of past actions, taking into account recommendations of the digital strategy set by marketing objectives and Corporate requirements
• Implement the plan of action by reaching content, calendars, media and target different levers to France
• Monitor the impact of actions implemented in terms of traffic and ROI
• Manage external providers (web agency, External suppliers, etc ...) to get the best service in the framework already established contracts or new contracts
• Monitoring and optimising digital marketing budgets • Work closely with Digital Hub on regional campaigns and events
• Work on large customer events.
• Support FM on translations and reviews for the campaigns
