The Opportunity:

The Documentum IRM and D2 teams are currently seeking a self-motivated principal software engineer to work as part of an experienced, fast paced R&D team.  Based in Norwood Massachusetts the ideal candidate will be self-directed and with an ability to multi-task. If you have the desire to be part of a strong team supporting enterprise scale customers, then we want to talk to you.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor in computer science, 6 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, and want to be part of a dynamic fast paced team.  Candidates should be familiar with programming in Java, C++, GWT, and JavaScript both in the UI/presentation tier and middle tier technologies.

Responsibilities: 

Design and implement features and functionality for upcoming major and minor releases
Work with the product architect on the technical design of core components
Resolve customer issues and provide debugging if necessary

What it takes: 


Bachelor in Computer Science
Strong  Java and C++ coding skills
Understanding of Object Oriented concepts
Familiarity with HTML, HTTP and CSS 
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.js , Web components, GWT and node.js
Experience working within a large organization and a complex code base
Experience working within an Agile development process
Strong communication skills
