The Opportunity: 

# Develop and drive new and existing strategic partnerships and alliances with the OpenText ecosystem of Portfolio partners including resellers, distributors and systems integrators worldwide

# Develop relationships within OpenText Systems Integrators at an Executive level

# Defining go-to-market and associated execution strategies with our partners

# Work closely with OpenText Global Partner Management to develop program and alignment with global partner strategy

# Work closely with the Regional Sales leaders and other stakeholders and their teams to drive incremental revenue and to secure given global growth targets

# Create and leverage deep, meaningful, and trusted relationships with partners for the benefit of OpenText

# Team with direct sales reps to manage sales process for partner opportunities, including:
        -  Defining and managing forecast models and revenue plans with partners
        -  Working with partners to identify and develop leads and opportunities
        -  Defining and implementing regional field engagement plans

# Recruit, manage, and develop a team of people to manage key partner relationships




You are great at: 

# Strategy development, general business and go-to-market planning

# Leveraging the Corporation’s resources to drive incremental sales of OpenText Portfolio industry, technology and solution propositions

# Working with field teams to support sales, marketing, and services initiatives and to create regional alignment between OpenText and its partners

# Preparing and managing regular reviews with selected partners

# Working closely with OpenText executive management, global and regional sales leaders, channel management, global and regional service and support leaders, product and R&D management as necessary to execute the Partner strategy and programs to drive incremental business

# Applying insight, knowledge, and expertise to convince existing and prospective partners to include OpenText EIM platform in their reference architectures

# Conducting recurring meetings with Partners to gather feedback for the Global Partner Management team

# Willingness to travel 20-30%
