The opportunity:

• Providing guidance to Account Executives on business processes, procedures, and systems
• Reviewing customer/partner legal agreements to understand operational requirements
• Validating customer purchase orders for completeness and consistency
• Processing orders and conduct invoicing, ensuring accuracy and lead time expectations are met
• Troubleshooting and resolve order management and billing issues
• Complying with the organization’s legal and financial policies, and other internal controls
• Regularly participating in key projects and acquisition integration activities
• Driving continuous improvement efforts
• Conducting user-acceptance testing and training
• Processing Credit & Rebills
• Processing journal entries
• Conducting deferred revenue reconciliations
• Providing status updates
• Managing customer inquiries
• Assisting with other administrative duties as required

You are great at:

What it takes:

• Detail and results-oriented, with an ability to work both quickly and accurately
• Strong oral and written communication skills; multi-lingual skills an asset
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Resilient, and embraces change
• Advanced knowledge of OpenText processes, policies, systems, and products
• Demonstrated continuous improvement experience, including project management and training
• Strong computer literacy; knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• University/college education in relevant discipline
• 5-7 years of related experience in a similar environment
