The OpenText technical support team is currently searching for a technically dynamic and resourceful individual who has the ability to provide exceptional technical customer support in a challenging and rewarding environment. The incumbent will be joining a team that provides world class technical customer support to a variety of enterprise customers while working across business units to ensure that customer satisfaction is met in every form. Their focus will be supporting complex customer environments, while suggesting techniques and tools for application development.
You are great at:
• Monitor team queues
• Staff after-hours (pager) support
• Back up other teams as required
• Create and deliver training (Brown Bags, Knowledge Transfers, etc.)
• Work independently to resolve cases in specialty areas
• Write Support Notes
• Mentor others as assigned
• Manage hot sites and escalations
What it takes:
• Previous Captiva Capture, InputAccel, Dispatcher experience a plus
• Industry knowledge / experienced related to Forms or Image Processing including OCR.
• Web technology experience (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, etc)
• VB, C# .NET programming experience
• Database experience (SQL Server)
• Microsoft OS certification and/or experience
• Knowledge / experience with Scanners.
