The recruiting organization at OpenText is a small group of highly talented individuals whose mission is to source and hire the next group of leaders and visionaries in the Enterprise Information Management space. You are great at:
To take the lead in the overall sourcing strategy for the Philippines.
Create and execute on an annual campus recruitment and branding plan.
Enhance the employee referral sourcing channel.
Creatively utilize digital or online media.
Foster strong and consultative relationships with all internal stakeholders in the recruiting process –Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and HR Services Team etc.
Articulate OpenText’s employee value proposition and provide inspiring information to candidates about the Company and the position.
Manage the end-to-end components of the recruiting process including intake, sourcing, screening, facilitating interview set up, collecting candidate feedback, offer presentation and negotiation, closing and other administrative components involved in the full life-cycle recruiting.
Research and understand talent markets/segments, competitor profiles, industry trends and be able to use that information to uncover talent and influence hiring decisions.
Offer ideas to peers and management on improving work processes, making work scalable, increasing recruiting effectiveness and anticipating and mitigating any potential issues.
What it takes:
3-10 years of talent acquisition experience including sophisticated sourcing, (traditional and Web 2.0), candidate assessment, offer negotiation and candidate closing techniques.
Proven experience in a lead role implementing and driving talent sourcing strategies and/or specializing in Campus hiring and/or Employee Referrals initiatives.
Strong research and quantitative skills including the ability to analyze and structure data, identify trends and prepare/review reports.
A consultative approach, including the ability to provide guidance, advice and challenge traditional thinking (appropriately) when required.
Possess strong business acumen with highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence within a multi-national organisation
Team player with sense urgency and commitment to deliver successful outcomes and have the ability to organize effectively and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work any shift including weekend and holidays. This role is currently on mid-shift weekdays but we need flexibility if the need arises.
