The Opportunity:
 
Reporting to the Senior Manager of third party technology, this new role in Manila will be responsible in financial analysis, project management and virtual assistance functions.

You are great at:


◦Coordinationg/providing 3PT financial analysis, with access to the same financial systems as Finance staff (e.g. OLAP, WorkPlace, Mercury)
◦Acting as liaison between 3PT team and Finance, conveying, following up on, and clarifying outstanding financial requests as needed 
◦Justifying revenues and cost correctly booked in the system for 3PT related sales 
◦Creating royalty report requests and examinations: verifies the margin or if a discrepancy exists between Finance and AP
◦Working with AP to coordinate the payment of outstanding / newly received invoice
◦Managing APAC vendor portfolio <$30K/yr.
◦Assisting in the investigatiion of: (1) nature of contracts (3PT or non-3PT) and (2) Product Manager resources related to vendors of newly acquired companies
◦Updating acquisition spreadsheet with appropriate dates after contracts are renewed
◦Business Case formatting/styling
◦Following up with stakeholders to obtain data / fulfil 3PT requests (i.e. financials, etc.)
◦Facilitating getting signatures on agreements
◦Keeping 3PT on schedule to meet BC deadlines
◦Booking meetings as requested / Take meeting minutes

What it takes:


•Able to operate in US Pacific Time zone
•Strong analysis skills
•Exceptional communication skills
• General knowledge about cost accounting, procurement, AP and AR
•3-5 years financial background with reviewing contracts
•Work individually and being pro-active. Works well under minimal supervision
