The Opportunity: 
The Order Administrator is the central recipient for all Open Text products requests ready for fulfillment.  

You are great at:
  •  Receive and review requests for completeness and accuracy. 
  • Generate license keys using various systems, set up electronic deliveries, set-up customer accounts for access to download software 
  • Process and retrieve orders from Great Plains, ITSM and e-mail 
  • Verify and enter shipping and license information into various systems
  • Generate product licenses and keys using various license key generation utilities 
  • Forward packing slips requiring outside fulfillment to the respective brand contact 
  • Set-up customer account for electronic deliveries 
  • Research and resolve issues with orders and license keys 
  • Assist global Support and sales staff with issues concerning orders 
  • Assist global customers with issues concerning orders 
  • Research and provide information for various audits 
  • May be required to attend various meeting and give presentations 
  • Assist on projects relating to Order Administration 
  • Help to manage and assist on projects relating to Order Administration 
  • Help in training of Order Administrators as required

What it takes: 

  • Core hours: 4:00AM to 1:00PM (Manila hours)
  • Experience with some Information Systems with an aptitude for learning new software quickly
  • Experience preferred in the following: ITSM, SAP, Great Plains, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, DOS, Command Prompt, Remote Desktop
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Must be able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to adjust priorities to meet changing needs
  • Must be able to work independently
  • College diploma
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience
  • The ability to understand and work in multiple computer systems is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer support skills
  • Strong organization skills
