The IT Technical Solutions Enabler’s role is to enable new GXS customers purchased service. Includes setting up trading relationship with their global partners. Answers incoming calls and emails promptly in accordance with established call/email -handling procedures to gather customer and TP information. Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects. Performs related work as required and works on special projects, as requested. Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance. Provide first line support for end users through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving. Transfers customers to other internal departments where appropriate. Identifies the need to escalate specific issues and follow through where necessary. Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.
You are great at:
Deliver day to day implementation requests from GXS customers and its Trading Partners
Provides support to basic connectivity setups and Trading Partner/Client concerns.
After office hours, weekend and holiday availability when required.
