The Opportunity:

As a Product Information intern in the Engineering department, you are an integral part of a software development team that strives for perfection and is committed to success. Technical Writers contribute to products across the Enterprise, Process, Customer Experience, Analytics and Business Networks suites. 
 

You are great at:
 
 
  • Writing with above-average clarity, minimal errors, completeness, and overall quality, within established deadlines.

  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks and have exceptional analytical skills.

  • Working in an agile development process and have the ability to gather information for a writing assignment from a variety of sources, including development, QA, UXD, and product management.

  • Researching and learning new technologies in Technical Communications.

What it takes:

  • Current pursuit of a university degree or college diploma (BA or MA), with desired fields including English, Computer Science, Technical Writing or Instructional Design

  • Exceptional English and communication skills, both spoken and written

  • Ability to understand and describe highly technical software and help provide end users with the appropriate information
