Installation and Configuration of OCC components, creation of profiles, scripts, integration with content server, Process Suite, Share Point etc.
Understand the current process and identify potential implementation areas.
Should be able to customize the functionalities based on client input/requirements.
Work with Core Team on fixing defects during the Integration and User Acceptance testing phases.
Perform adhoc and project based support as needed.
Responsible for assisting in the planning and timely delivery of projects to achieve the above.
Roles are typically remote, but willingness to travel occasionally depending on stage of project is beneficial, and expected
Willing and able to support clients within their time zone.
