The Opportunity:

The Account Development Manager will report to the Senior Director of Account Development and will be responsible for


  • Managing and overseeing  the AD pipeline contribution, closing conversion ratios and will streamlining and aligning all marketing  programs with expected AD activity.
  • Driving all AD programs in working with the  regional managers within their territories, and will be a central point of contact for the account development reps with regard to process, programs, incentives and quota requirements.  
  • Generating US and Canada AD inbound and outbound lead generation best practices and programs. 
  • Implementing cold calling and incentive programs that will generate leads aligned with the primary solution areas or verticals. 
  • Working with respective groups to uncover and manage required support materials for the account development reps.

What it takes:

  • Minimum 3-5 years management experience of an outbound telesales or account development team in a software or high technology company.
  • Strong leadership qualities & individual contributor coaching experience
  • Preferred 12 months of telemarketing, telesales, or other marketing support experience in a software or high technology company
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & a contact management database
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Adaptable to a fast paced, technology driven, environment
