Reporting into the Director, Business Network Sales Operations the Sales Operations Specialist will support the Sales team through key sales operations functions to include forecasting, pipeline/metrics reporting, system support/updating (Salesforce.com and Hubspot) and compensation planning reporting. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and correct reporting.
You are great at:
• Developing and publishing weekly forecasting reports
• Tracking and reporting on pipeline and sales performance metrics through SalesForce.com (SFDC and Hubspot)
• Providing Salesforce.com ongoing user support and training
• Ensuring cleanliness of data and making system updates as needed
• Advising on, and coordinating with, business leads in the improvement of business processes
• Supporting compensation planning through reporting and system updates
• Providing regular and periodic updates to the stakeholders
• Developing and distributing adhoc information requests as needed
What it takes:
• Experience in Sales Operations, particularly Forecasting and Pipeline monitoring and tracking
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Hubspot
• Experience with reporting tools and creation of reports
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in sales operations
• Experience with cloud business models and automotive industry are a plus
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills (communication and task management)
