The Opportunity:

Reporting into the Director, Business Network Sales Operations the Sales Operations Specialist will support the Sales team through key sales operations functions to include forecasting, pipeline/metrics reporting, system support/updating ( and Hubspot) and compensation planning reporting.  The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and correct reporting.

You are great at: 

Developing and publishing weekly forecasting reports
Tracking and reporting on pipeline and sales performance metrics through (SFDC and Hubspot)
Providing ongoing user support and training 
Ensuring cleanliness of data and making system updates as needed
Advising on, and coordinating with, business leads in the improvement of business processes 
Supporting compensation planning through reporting and system updates
Providing regular and periodic updates to the stakeholders
Developing and distributing adhoc information requests as needed

What it takes:

Experience in Sales Operations, particularly Forecasting and Pipeline monitoring and tracking 
Experience with and Hubspot
Experience with reporting tools and creation of reports
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in sales operations
Experience with cloud business models and automotive industry are a plus
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills (communication and task management)
