The Opportunity:

The Solutions Consultant position is instrumental in implementing, designing and supporting enterprise-level and cloud solutions with OpenText and Microsoft products for commercial and end-user applications. This position requires strong collaboration with sales, partners, and customers; and will be working with multiple platforms, tools and a variety of OpenText cloud solutions and on-premise technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who strive to solve real-life business and technology problems through implementation of enterprise software, cloud solutions (SaaS/PaaS); and enjoy acquiring hands-on skills and experience with new technologies.

You are great at:

• Leading design, installation, testing and supporting of OpenText products (RightFax, EasyLink/Xpedite Fax2Mail/cloud fax solutions, Alchemy, OpenText Capture Center, B2B EDI) implmentations based on customer’s requirements.
• Leading large-scale enterprise system implementations involving one or multiple OpenText products and technologies, including business workflow and capture-related solutions, and ensuring successful, on-time delivery.
• Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects.
• Providing technical and project leadership in the design and architecture of OpenText solutions.
• Developing implementation requirements, acceptance criteria, and generating Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes.
• Participating in general consultation, technical sales support and project management activities.
• Providing excellent presales and post-sales support and managed services for customers and partners, as needed. 

What it takes:

• Expert knowledge with OpenText enterprise fax and messaging products/solutions strongly desired.
• In depth knowledge of networking and telco (VoIP/FoIP) infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud implementation, systems implementation and troubleshooting with Microsoft platform.
• Solid understanding of Windows (client/server), latest cloud technologies and SQL/database development.
• Knowledge of FOIP, CUCM, SQL, Exchange, Office, Office 365, Lotus Notes, SAP, VMWare.
• Solid understanding of Windows (client/server), latest cloud technologies and SQL/database development.
• Self starter; ability to work independently as well as in groups settings with minimum supervision; be a strong contributor within a team environment.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft technologies (AD, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Windows Servers technologies) and enterprise cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience required.
• Language skills - English
• Some travel may be necessary – up to 30%-40% travel may be required.
