As a member of Support Renewals organization, the Senior Support Renewals Rep will have an overall responsibility for generating renewal revenue in a defined territory. The Senior Support Renewals Rep will work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
You are great at:
Reconciliation of installed base licenses
Management of strategic commercial Enterprise License and Volume Discount Contracts
Meet or exceeding your sales quota within assigned territory
Quoting customers 90 days prior to contract expiration so that all customer accounts are resolved (canceled or PO collected) prior to the expiration date
Working directly with Field Sales Reps, Partners, & other internal organizations
Customer link between technical support and sales
Ensuring customer support issues are escalated to the appropriate department.
Qualify customer for potential up-sell opportunities of support services portfolio
Explaining to customers the product and support benefits of continuing their maintenance contract
Ensure proper customer data is collected and input into the database
What it takes:
Previous inside sales experience or related field/channel sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding quota assignments in a similar enterprise software sales environment
Must have sold enterprise-level software solutions, with an excellent understanding of relating the technology’s value to a customer’s business needs
Must be able to speak French
